FIXEDPOINT, INC.

Cookie Policy

Last Updated: October 22, 2026

This cookie policy (the “Cookie Policy”) describes how FixedPoint, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on VerseZero, the website at www.versezero.com, and the games, features and content made available on it (together, the “Platform”). This Cookie Policy forms part of the Company’s privacy policy, available at www.versezero.com/privacy (the “Privacy Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The Platform also uses similar technologies, including browser local storage, pixels and software development kits. In this Cookie Policy, “cookies” includes all of them.

2. Categories

The Platform uses cookies in four categories: (1) strictly necessary cookies, which the Platform needs to deliver what you have asked for, to remember your choices in the cookie banner, and to keep the Platform secure; (2) functional cookies, which remember your progress and preferences; (3) analytics cookies, which measure how the Platform and the games are used; and (4) advertising cookies, which deliver, cap the frequency of and measure advertising and, for adult Account Holders in the United States who have not opted out, personalize it. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. The Platform uses the other categories only if you accept them.

3. Cookies That Make the Platform Work

The Platform itself sets the following strictly necessary cookies:

The Platform does not set the cookies in clauses (a) and (b) while you are only browsing the home page and lists of games. The cookies in clause (a) are not used to record any activity before you click Play, except that, if you join a friend party from a link, they record your membership of that party until the party ends. The Platform also stores on your device, and does not send to the Company, a record that you have seen the Platform’s introductory tour and the scores and settings saved by individual games.

4. Cookies Set by Others

Advertising networks and analytics providers engaged by the Company, if any, that set their own cookies are listed, with their purposes and durations, in the cookie list described in Section 7 (The Cookie List). The provider of any Human Verification may use its own technologies to tell people from automated programs when you are asked to complete one. The providers described in Section 5 (Usage Statistics and Error Reports) do not set or read cookies or similar technologies on your device.

5. Usage Statistics and Error Reports

From the time you open the Platform, including before you answer the cookie banner, (1) the Company’s server sends basic counts of how the Platform is used, such as the pages visited and any campaign tags in the link but not anything you type, each under a new random identifier that does not link the count to you or to any other count, to the Company’s analytics provider, which the Company uses to produce statistics and not for advertising or to personalize what you see, and (2) the Platform sends reports of errors, from which personal data is excluded, to the Company’s error monitoring provider, which the Company uses to find and fix faults and to keep the Platform secure. The Company does so on the basis of its legitimate interests in understanding how the Platform is used and in keeping it working and secure. You may object to the usage counts at any time by selecting “Reject non-essential” or switching off “Analytics” in the cookie settings, after which the Company stops sending them for your browser. If you accept analytics cookies, the usage counts are instead recorded under an analytics identifier stored in your browser, so that the Company can measure how the Platform is used over time.

6. Your Choices

When you first visit the Platform, the cookie banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies, by category. Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you answer, and refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from playing. You may change your choice at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of the Platform, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. The cookie banner asks again twelve (12) months after your last choice, or sooner if the Company adds a new category of cookies or a new purpose. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop games from loading.

7. The Cookie List

The name, provider, purpose and duration of each cookie the Platform uses, including cookies set by others, are listed in the cookie list published with this Cookie Policy and available through the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of the Platform. The list is generated from the Platform’s own code, and the Company keeps it up to date.

8. Changes and Contact

The Company may update this Cookie Policy, and updates the “Last Updated” date shown at the top whenever it changes. Questions about this Cookie Policy may be sent to privacy@versezero.com.
